Perfect location in Old Town with easy access to attractions and a lovely room view of the Danube. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, but the pillows were a bit lacking in comfort. Definitely coming back next time!

The hotel is very good located. The room was good. The personnel was affable. The bed was comfortable.
There was always an incomplete set of towels in the room. In addition, towels weren't always changed daily - I think it seems strange for a 4 * hotel... Parking is free only at night.

Perfect location. Easy to find. Sekt on arrival. Very spacious lovely room overlooking Donau. High Quality furniture. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom very good. Best breakfast ever including Sekt. Very pleasant and helpfull staff.
Free Parking is limited to only 5 garage spaces. Fortunately having a disabled badge overcame this issue so parking on the Donau in front of the hotel was not a problem. Payment is generally required from 0900 - 1800 hrs otherwise.

The spacious room overlooking the Danube was just very nice! Bonus points for the well-stocked fridge and a great breakfast! Just a bit noisy if you leave the window open 😊

We were very impressed with the style/decoration of the room. It was not only functional but beautifully designed. The entire hotel has the same style. Also, the the breakfast was very nice--much nicer than you get in many hotels, with lots of things to choose from.

Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Wittelsbacherbrunnen. Lovely area right by Passau from Saturday to Sunday, the river in August, and the main shopping street. The double room with good powerful shower, a sofa, for instance.

The location is ideal, right in the
Heart of the Old Town. We appreciated the lovely breakfast selection, though the room faced the busy river, which could be a bit noisy. A good stay with helpful staff.

It is right in old stadt. Breakfast was decent.
This hotel has very limited parking. If you were unable to get a reserved spot you would have to pay at a meter ever 1.5 hours until 6pm. This was very difficult. The hotel is broken up onto different floors. Person working the front desk was unfamiliar with area and could not recommend restaurants or activities. We would not stay at this hotel again.
